Site Inspections
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standard.

Acting as the principal agent, representing the client’s interests and ensuring the project meets all requirements.

Construction Management
Creation of the construction timeline, budget, cashflows, supply chain, sub-contractor list and the construction team list which enables project delivery. Overseeing and managing the on-site construction process to ensure delivery within time, budget, quality and specification.

Reporting
Providing detailed reports on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.

Local Participation
If required, allocating of 10% to 20% to local participation in the physical area of the project execution to fosters community engagement and local economic growth.

Principle Agents
Contractual management which involves the choosing of the correct contract types for both professional services and construction services. Then via these signed contracts, ensure delivery of the respective scopes via management of the contracts, as the Agent of the Client.

Health and Safety
Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to protect workers and ensure a safe work environment.

SMME Empowerment
Based on contractual requirements, we allocate 10% of our contract value to empower SMMEs, supporting small enterprise growth.
